Bendywood®-sections 30x50x6000 mm with groove 6x12 mm for LED strips

The Bendywood®-beech costs about 180 euro/spiral.

Prior to the bending, the Bendywood®-profiles were sliced in two,
as 30 mm thick profiles cannot be bent to radii smaller than 300 mm.

The sliced parts were glued and bent contemporaneously around the mould (see picture).

Parts 2 to 6 of the mould were mounted consecutively during the bending.
