Tightest radius: 200 mm
Largest radius: 600 mm

The sections were bent by hand onto a mould (with radius about 10% tighter than the final radius to achieve) and kept in this bent position using tension belts.

During assembly the Bendywood®-sections were fixed with glue and in addition bolted down from behind to the wooden structure (every 30-40 cm and at both ends).

The Bendywood®-sections were jointed with the straight sections of normal wood by means of diagonal cuts.
