Example handrail profile - 20 mm thick und 45 mm wide:

• Profile the raw bar  
• Humidify the profiled handrail to 12%
  
• Build the mould with a tighter bend radius than necessary to compensate
  for the spring back of the bent part after removal from the template.

• Bend the profiled handrail in the mould
• Take it from the mould after 1 day
• Mount the handrail
